One of the homeless, that I was speaking to about 3 years ago now, was sitting on his rug on the street with his dog and he just looked terrible. far worse that I had seen him before. I asked him about his habit and it sounded bad. And I asked him about his accommodation and that too was bad. It seemed to me like everything was bad and that there was no hope but he still seemed positive. And he looked me straight in the eye and said 'its not the speed that counts it's the momentum.'
