Hi Friends,
Today, two of our activists are wrongly sitting in jail in Japan for their undercover work to expose a stolen whale meat scandal in Japan last month as part of our campaign to save the whales.
Following a four-month undercover investigation, we broke the news last month of a major scandal involving the embezzlement of whale meat from the Japanese government-subsidized Southern Ocean whaling program. Our activists handed over a box of whale meat as evidence of the whale meat smuggling operation, and the Tokyo public prosecutor agreed there was sufficient evidence of wrongdoing.
Despite this, early this morning in Japan, our Greenpeace office was raided and two of our activists were arrested. Junichi Sato, 31, and Toru Suzuki, 41, are being investigated on charges of stealing the box of whale meat that they had presented as evidence in the smuggling case.
Take Action: Stand by Junichi and Toru by writing the Japanese Prime Minister Immediately
To make matters worse, rumors are flying that the prosecutor will soon announce his intent to drop the smuggling investigation, even as our activists sit in jail for exposing the truth.

Hhmmm, not big on TV, but, I would have to say Law & Order-Criminal Intent and Special Victims (yeah, i guess the others are (almost) just as good) and, for sure, CSI, Everybody Loves Raymond, Desperate Housewives (thanx kylen) X Files, UHH what's the name of that show where they find people who are missing(my ex always told me i was a detective-that or psychic!!!
