The 32 anniversary of Pridefest is scheduled for Saturday,March 21 and Sunday March 22, 2009 at the very popular Holiday Park/War Memorial Auditorium @ 800 North Fedearl Hwy in Fort lauderdale. Pridefest is a celebration and tribute to the LGBT community and its unique culture. The weekend-long event includes a special tent and dance floor for your dancing pleasure! Also featured are over 250 vendors, music, comedy shows, food, and games.
As usual, there will be non-stop entertainment both days, local DJ’s and many more surprises! Official Pridefest events will be held at several of the nightclubs and venues in town starting on Thursday, and continuing through Sunday night with The After Pride T Dance.

Pride South Florida will hold its 20th Annual Picnic Sunday June 8, 2008 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Hagen Park, located at 2020 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors. Pride South Florida is excited to have, a facility, which includes great basketball & Tennis courts and a large, well-equipped playground for young children. Once again, Women In Network will be at the forefront in helping to cook and serve this year by some of our favorite bartenders and bar owners from around town. There will be games, raffles, and music all day provided by DJ Gina. Join Pride South Florida and the entire community for fun, food, family, and friends. Admission to Hagen Park is FREE.
