My Interests

Bass Playing, Philosophy, Books, Movies and Music collecting, Travelling, discovering the inner workings of life and the universe and changing my views of it every time a new revelation comes, Ellis D, Psychonautic exploration, Discussion, New York City, Partying, Keeping up with my friends, Enjoying the finer things in life, and just plain fucking around having a good time.

Music:

Funk will bring you to the mothership, I'm very eclectic in these respects as I find good music in all genres and terrible music in all genres as well, other than true funk. But in particular: Beck, Bob Marley, Cat Power, Thievery Corporation, Gipsy King, James Brown, Jimi Hendrix, Louis Armstrong, Mc Solaar, Miles Davis, Modest Mouse, Pink Floyd, Portishead, Queen, Radiohead, Black Uhuru, Rolling Stones, Sublime, The Doors, The Meters, The Funky Meters, The Blues brothers, Toots and the Maytals, and Curt Hansen's Art of Science (CHAOS).

Movies:

I love meaningful movies. Those that make you think and feel. Those with hidden meaning, messages, and subtle imagery. To name a few: City of God, Lock, Stock & two smoking barrels, Spirited Away, Donnie Darko, Timothy Leary's how to operate your brain, A Waking life, What the bleep do we know, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, The Royal Tenenbaums, I heart Huckabees, Hotel Rwanda, Hearts and Minds by Peter Davis, Apocalypse now, Goodbye Lenin, Fight Club and many many more.

Television:

I don't own one... but if I did. The Daily Show - Family guy - 70's show - The Venture brothers - Adult swim in general

Anything by Kurt Vonnegut; Slaughter House Five, Mother Night, Cat's Cradle. Tim O Brien; the thing they carried, the nuclear age. Chuck Palaniuck; Fight Club, Choke. Joseph Heller; Catch 22. Herman Hesse; Sidartha. Joseph Conrad; In the heart of darkness. Au Marches du palais. The celestine Prophecies.Many many books which I don't even know the authors. Got any suggestions? I love good books.
