About Me

Glen Hanson, a native of Toronto, is an internationally acclaimed designer, illustrator, writer, and art director. He has designed characters for animated shows Beetlejuice, Daria, Spy Groove and for Disney and SoapNet promos. His illustrations have appeared in a variety of publications around the world including Entertainment Weekly, L’Uomo Vogue, Variety, The New York Times, FHM and Maxim, the cover of BLINK 182’s “The Enema Strikes Back” cd, on packaging for BOD Body Spray, t-shirts and ads for Men’swear designer Andrew Mackenzie and on the poster for off-Broadway hit, Altar Boyz.
He co-writes and illustrates the syndicated comic strip Chelsea Boys (2nd book now out! See below) with Allan Neuwirth. Together they also wrote Wonder Woman VS. The Red Menace for DC COMICS. Glen’s wildly popular beefcake illustrations were compiled in the book G-MAN and featured on the cover and throughout STRIPPED, both published by Bruno Gmunder.
Glen currently lives in LA and is working on a shitload o’ stuff, including more illustrations, sexy animated music videos, TV development, books and even A DRIVE THRU SYPHILIS CLINIC!
