I need artists to be serious about their shows. There can no longer be mix-ups about the show CDs. It is PREFERRED that the tracks artists perform on be the TV tracks. A TV track is where the song is instrumental, but the BACKGROUND vocals and the HOOK vocals are still there. The whole performance should only be one track, which means artists should have the producer or engineer put the songs together on one track (in other words, make an actual SHOW CD).I also require REAL STAGE PRESENCE. Artists should KNOW how to project their voices correctly on the mic, be CLEAR when performing your rhymes/singing, and give off the right attitude while performing.Lastly, and this one is equally important to me: IF YOU ARE NOT PERFORMING, DO NOT GET ON STAGE. Entourage needs to be IN THE AUDIENCE, helping to get the crowd hype.THESE THINGS MUST HAPPEN AT 1st TUESDAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.I am also requiring that all artists step up the game of making music. I need you to pay attention to the audience. If you can't, have a member of your entourage/company that is NOT on stage pay attention, and assess what the crowd is feeling. Be honest with yourself: if they are not feeling you, see what you need to chage up to be better. If your people cannot tell you, ask me. I'm extremely honest. If you don't like what I tell you, please DO NOT swing on me. There will be consequences and repercussions.Thank you for coming out, God Bless you, goodnight.
