As the years have passed, and rap artists continue to come and go, a new, innovative solider has entered the war in music. Considered by many to the one that might just win the battle for Detroit being recognized as a major force for producing international stars. He goes by the name of Floss-A-Lot (Floss).Captializing on the name YBI, which was a major drug cartel that began in the early 70's and ended in the late 80's. This major cartel hosted over 300 members ranging from the ages of 13 to 30 and was ran by Milton "Butch" Jones, which ran the Detroit streets pushing $100,000 a day in Heroin sales. Not to glorify the drug culture, but to capitalize off of a name, Young Boyz Intertainment has formed a movement collectively to establish themselves in the music industry to have a positve impact in the hip-hop community.
