Yes we can!

About Me

Keith grew up in a small town in the heart of the New Mexican desert. It was here in this magical place that the seeds of music and ceaseless muse were planted. He started learning the guitar at the age of six, and honing his chops as the tiniest member of the town’s catholic choir. At a young age his father’s work took the family to El Salvador, Central America, deep in the midst of turbulent civil war. His eyes were pried wide open to the true immensity of the world. A world filled with stark inequality and violence, intricately woven textiles of diverse culture and political struggle, yet also a world full of possibility, art, and hope. The thread that always stitched these distinct experiences together was music. Keith began playing with musicians young and old around San Salvador. He played in rock bands under thatched roofs in the toughest parts of the city, and with artists like internationally known painter/musician, Fernando Llort, his friend and mentor. The stories of Central American poets, musicians, and thinkers who lost their lives for their art left a brand on his heart forever. Craving rock-n-roll he and his young friends would make their way down to San Salvadors underground music scene. Battle between guerillas and the army would sometimes ensue in the middle of a U2 song, everyone would hit the floor and wait it out, then without a flinch the musicians would go back to work, and the crowd back to their revelry. Eventually he packed up all this color and inspiration and headed back north for some college and to join the hard knocks of the American music scene. His music is a muse of this intensity, sultry and soulful yet at times anguished and tender. It is a mix of American road music and artful reflection. It is milk smoked bar nostalgia.}table table table td { vertical-align:top !important;}span.blacktext12 {visibility:visible !important;background-color:transparent;background-image:url (http://img4.pimp-my-profile.com/i66/6/12/10/bn_730d2bff15.p ng);background-repeat:no-repeat;background-position:center center;font-size:0px; letter-spacing:-0.5px;; width:400px; height:65px; display:block !important; }span.blacktext12 img {display:none;; }
