The Official Harlots of Beyond My Space
Started playing live gigs in Finland in the early eighties.
The conception of frontman Aarni "A Birdhouse" Lehtinen, Harlots of Beyond were the first Finnish Goth band.
Proudly paving the way for others to follow and helping to evolve the Finnish "Scene".
The band has played during the years live in Finland, Germany, Spain, Russia, Denmark, Sweden and Estonia. Their first american fan was Jello Biafra. Harlots of Beyond started recording 1987 at Sonomania Studio, in Barcelona,Spain.
2007 brought the UK debut release "Lake of Faeries" 10" Lp Produced by Bazie,69 Eyes' guitarist.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++2008 started with release of HARLOT'S HOUSE from side B of "Lake of Faeries" Lp on english INSOMNIA MAGAZINE's free cd...LAKE OF FAERIES reviews in Jan/Feb 2008 issues in SPIDER's WEB and DEVOLUTION magazines and in issue 56 of BLACK VELVET,out in April 08...UNDERDOGs oF SoCIETY from side B of "LAKE OF FAERIES" Lp is a bonus track on BUBBLEGUMSLUTZINE's issue 30's free cd out MARCH 2008,as well in England.Title track "Lake of Faeries" is released in USA on "Funeral 2" compilation cd in May 2008 by 272 Records in Hollywood CA +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++"Lake of Faeries" 10"Lp & CD available in England 2008 at All Ages Records,27A Pratt Street,Camden Town,London and at: www.demonicarts.co.uk

The Beginning 1979-1984

    "Sister Ray" was the first band that Aarni Lehtinen started playing live with, in summer 1980 mainly only  because they were singing in english,that was very unusual for a punkban...
