J Bostron : J Bostron is currently based in Glasgow, UK.
DJing at such local nights as Pangea, Red Alert, Obscene, and Street Knowledge in Scotland having played various clubs throughout the Rep. of Ireland and UK. Recently headlined dates in Germany, supported Modeselektor in Brighton, played the legendary Bangface in London with Evol Intent & Panacea.
Summer 2008 will see a host of UK appearances along with the return of J Bostron to Germany before embarking on the Audio Bullet European Tour in October.
For 2 years now J Bostron has been representing his own brand of the heavily dub-reggae and jungle influenced drum & bass sound. New J Bostron tracks have been receiving support from the likes of Nicky Blackmarket, Amadeus, Audio Habitat, James Bass, Bombah, RCola, Viper Don, RDRM, Drifta, Topaz, Stints & Pacemaker, D.I.S, Paulie Walnuts, Direct Feed, Zajko, FBI Crew Djs, Babylon Demolitionist, Aesthetics and Jimmy the Hideous Penguin.
Bostron has also been making all sorts of noise with his Kool London (www.koollondon.com) radio shows dedicated to the finest in Dubwise and underground New School sounds. Described as 'a heavy slice of dub-reggae influenced junglist action, with enough bass to tear down Babylon'.
Now with forthcoming vinyl releases on Audio Bullet Records in Germany and One drop Sound in London, and MP3s dropping on both Hum fi Drum and Dub Chamber from the USA and Sidechain Digital in the immediate future.
