I appeared on 20/20 in 1992. The segment was shortened to make room for Ross Perot's announcement that he was re-entering the presidential race. The segment was on testosterone studies by Georgia State University's Dr. James M. Dabbs. I was the centerpiece on his studies regarding testosterone levels of those living in a subculture where violence was rampant. I had to appear shirtless in my room, pretending that I had just gotten up for the day & spitting in a vial. I had to leave the living room to watch the segment - it's so goofy to see yourself on TV that you almost have to watch it alone. They said they couldn't pay us when they were filming, but I did talk them into buying a pizza & a few rounds of beer. I guess the pizza & beer makes me a professional actor...or not. Wait just a damn minute here...I did have a supporting role in my older brother's wedding video. He gave me a very nice cigarette lighter for my troubles. So ya see, I am a professional. Anybody know where to go to sign up for the Actor's Guild? Love to stick around and shoot the proverbial shit, but I've got to go prepare some amusing anecdotes in the event that James Lipton calls.

The Zodiac Killer
You two are so much alike, maybe you can tell us who this guy is. It's been decades since anyone heard anything from him. It's not really you is it?

"I've loafed streets sometimes, leaned against a store front with my hat pushed back and one boot hooked back around the other - hell, you've probably seen me if you've ever been out this way - I've stood like that, looking nice and friendly and stupid, like I wouldn't piss if my pants were on fire. And all the time I'm laughing myself sick inside. Just watching the people."
Jim Thompson, the Killer Inside Me, 1952
