Formed in 2002, Nonthought's unique blend of hypnotic melodies and thunderous guitar riffs has set them apart in the metal scene. With over 120 show dates under their belts in less than two years, Nonthought continues to deliver their musical style all throughout the midwest. Nonthought has been summoned to over 50 venues in six states including, New York, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Michigan.

With the release of "Sounds...Demo 2004", Nonthought shot to the top of the charts of local radio. The self-produced 3 song cd spawn two top 5 singles on 92.7 WQLZ. The singles stayed on the charts for a combined 15 weeks. Nonthought was awarded "Best Local Rock Band 2004" by Local radio show Bandemonium. The band has also been the Local Spotlight Feature Band on 8 separate occasions.
Nonthought has had the opportunity to open for National Bands such as American Head Charge, Clutch, Pissing Razors, Fu Man Chu, High On Fire, Slitheryn, Allele, Switched. The Pimps, & Magna-Fi (currently touring with Sevendust)
