I like just about anything that has to do with photography. I also love to travel... I have been to Alaska and seven countries, and now wanderlust is starting to hit me again.
People who can always look on the bright side of life.
I like mostly oldies, especially from the 60's and particularly the British Invasion. I like most 70's and 80's stuff too. I just discovered "Golden Brown" (the song on my profile) by the Stranglers. The song was in the movie "Snatch" with Brad Pitt and I liked it then, but I never did the research to find out more about the song.
The Secret of Roan Inish *** The Godfather *** LA Story *** Y tu Mama Tamabien *** American History X / Edward Norton. He shoulda gotten an Oscar for that. *** The Day of the Jackal (the original one, not the Bruce Willis one) *** The Graduate (I loved Dustin Hoffman in that, but not in much else since) *** Goldfinger, Dr. No, and almost all of Sean Connery's Bond movies. *** Pulp Fiction Fargo, doncha know *** Office Space *** The Patriot and Braveheart (not just because I like Mel Gibson, but I do have ancestors who were Scottish and who fought in the Revolutionary War). *** Joan Allen because she's from Rochelle. Plus she's a talented actress.
Scrubs! It's one of the few shows made in the last decade that is actually worth watching. Other than that, I don't watch much television except news shows. Even on Sunday mornings I don't like to miss Meet the Press.
"John Adams" and "1776" by David McCullough. Almost anything by John LeCarre. "The Great Picture Hunt 2" by David LaBelle. "Video Shooter" by Barry Braverman.
