Composing, performing, and listening to music; biking; jamming; sleeping; being with that special someone; pondering; discovering; chilling; learning (useful stuff); and looking dapper
I'd like to say sorry. I probably sound like I have hate, but all I got is love on the inside. All I strive for is equality in every aspect of life. Equality not in the sence that everybody has exactly the same, but rather the idea of "different but equal." So I guess I'd like to meet people who really made those ideals happen; people like Ghandi and Mother Therisa. However, I don't really know what language they spoke, so maybe I'd like to meet a polyligual translator as well.
I listen to a lot of music. Every time I'm doing something that doesn't require all of my brain like getting dressed, combing my hair, I listen so stuff. Compared to some collections I've seen, I don't have very many CDs, but I'd say it's a modest sum. It consists of jazz, swing, jazz-rock fusion, latin-jazz fusion, jazz-funk fusion, and a bit of classical. I can't stand what people call "rap music" because IT'S FREAKIN' NOT MUSIC! It's just rhythm and poetry: two elements of music, but not enough to constitute music. If you think of it as soully that, then it's barely acceptable. It sure could do without all the cussing and misoginy. Some of my favorite MUSICIANS are Herbie Hancock, Duke Ellington, Santana, the Bee Gees, and Greig. I could go on a bit longer, but you're probably bored of reading this already.
North by Northwest
I don't watch a whole lot these days simply because I don't have the time. But when I do watch, my favorites are Family Guy, The Price is Right, Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood (his music is pure genious!), Jeopardy, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show, and The Weather Channel Local on the 8's.
Webster's New English Dictionary and quite possibly the whole Harry Potter collection
Shelby Stanley, Reuben Cooper Jr., Tim Gilbert, Rev. E George Krause, my father, eldest brother Rob, and Jesus, the biggest, most bestest hero of them all.
