REALITY!!!
Too many to name
The Creator, The Ancestors, All the Spiritual Workers of the World, Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah, Yaa Asantewaa, my grandmothers Maame Yaa Obenewaa and Maame Adwoa Adela, my aunt Sissi Abena Agyeibeah, African feminists, womanists, stiwanists - however which way they identify - so long as they recognize that state of our community is reflected in the relationship(s) between men and women and that it's A PROBLEM! People who know that the problem lies not necessarily with the woman who "works the pole," but with the society that "erects the pole" and makes it a viable option for that woman. Women who walk miles, with buckets of water on their heads, and babies on their backs; Women who work 9-5 everyday to take care of themselves and/or their families; women who put all that aside to read books, write papers and gain degrees. I love and respect them all!!
