Ruthless

It all began back in 1998 when I went to my first party & seen what the "Toronto Music Scene" was all about. It completely blew my mind when I realized how big electronic music really was, & I was totally drawn in to the idea of being up on the stage one day and being part of something as great as this.From that day on i realized that i wanted to be a drum & bass dj & also learn the basic's or music production. So I started going to Toronto jams on a regular basis to learn the music and grow within the scene. I met a guy by the name of Dj Target & learned that there was a small drum & bass scene within Hamilton, that's when thing began for me a s a dj/producer. We started a small pack of local dj's by the name of Urban Ninja Crew & began spinning a weekly/monthly event @ Home Night Club in the hammer. from there on, I had grown as a dj/producer in the scene & started getting bookings in the Niagara / GTA area on a regular basis & started showcasing my tunes/dubplates & handing out mix's to those who where promoting, as well as local talent, basically i was trying to push my sounds & my name through the jungle scene.I have been producing for 5 years & spinning for 9 1/2 years & am very happy to say i have been a part of drum & bass for as long as I have.... I can honestly say that jungle music has become my passion & soul. I feel that this will always be a part of who I am, and music seems to be the best way fro me to express myself.I have been signed on to a label by the name of Nemesis Recordings out of the (UK) along side my boy Target, "Saliva" is the tune that is being released in the next month or so, info is here: http://www.myspace.com/nemesisdnbI hope to continue on with distributing my beats to other labels local as well as world wide in the near future. I also have numerous release's coming out on www.darklandrecordings.com out of Austrailia, this is a great label for people like myself who are trying to push there sounds & get there tunes noticed as well.I will continue to produce jungle drum bass as well as some experimental stuff in the near future to expand my knowledge of production in other genre's of music.More to come......
