WHO CARES?.... MY Friends are 'COOLER' than YOUR Friends!!

About Me

I was born in South Pittsburg Tennessee on April 21, 1964. I have 2 sisters Belinda and Sue, and I have a brother Roy. I had another brother Tommy, but was killed in an auto accident Feb. 1, 1982. I'm married with children. My wifes name is Donna, and I have a son Kenneth (15), and a daughter Paige (13). Donna and I have been married for 15 years, but have been together for 20. Don't really know how she managed to put up with me for so long. I do love her so. I'm a firm believer of speaking your mind, Don't hold nothing back that you are thinking OR feeling. Get to the DAMN point. Beating around the bush never got ME anywhere. I love humorus REAL people, who are always the same person no matter what the consequences. I can't stand the He Said, She Said crap. If someone wants to tell me something I'd rather it come from them instead of some miserable person with nothing better to do with THEIR life except worry about someone else's. I play in a band called Turbulence. We've done a couple of demos, and we've played at all kinds of bars/lounges. I love to play guitar, and I've been playing for over 20 years, but I'll probably never be as good as I'd like to be. Practice does'nt necessarily mean perfect. I've been in a handful of rag-tag, backyard garage bands: Legend, Wishful Thinkin', Tuff Luck, Mighty Whitey(not racist mind you!) Then eventually came Turbulence. I left for a while and went back, then the name was changed to SoulShot, because our drummer had quit so we had a different drummer, then he was voted out, because of irreconcilable differences, THEN our original drummer came back and we found someone who could actually sing and we briefly called ourselves Madloot, and were finally renamed Turbulence. Sounds like a fucking soap opera does'nt it? Over the years I've found that it's hard to find a group of musicians who are willing to do the same things; Stay on the same page as one another, but somehow we've been able to work out issues when problems arise. Our latest demo is in the process of being remastered, and when it's completed, we'll get some different songs posted for your listening pleasure.I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!

Music:

I'm so stuck in the Heavy Metal era it's not funny. Most of the songs that I've written sound just like they came from the 80's but personally, I'm failing to see a problem with that. I like and listen to almost everything, but not a big fan of hip hop. If I wanted to hear a bunch of talking then I'd rather go to an insurance seminar. So needless to say, I could live happily without either. I Love what ALL of my 'new found friends' are doing. Keep on Rockin' People!

Movies:

I'm into the comedy and horror thing. Just to name a few: Silent Hill is an excellent horror movie, The Hills Have Eyes, Wolf Creek, Wrong Turn, The Ice Cube "Friday" movies are great, All of the Texas Chainsaw Massacres, The Breakfast Club, Fast Times @ Ridgemont High, The original Walking Tall, Buying the Cow, House of 1000 Corpses, The Devils Rejects, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, Everything by silly assed Adam Sandler, Ravenous, Cursed, Carrie, Love Stinks, The "Alien" series, The Missing, Superstar, Earth Girls are Easy, Dickie Roberts, Corky Romano, Deuce Bigelow, Screwed, Jeeper Creepers, The Chevy Chase "Vacation" movies, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Say it Is'nt So, Big Trouble, Detroit Rock City, 10 Things I Hate About You, Freaky Friday, I could go on and on.

Superman Seriously the only heroes I can think of are my Mother and Father because they have been through, and put up with so much crap it's surprising that neither has ended up in a looney bin somewhere. Oh yea, can't forget JIMMY PAGE!!!
