My movie interests are as varied as my music interests. I do not like horror movies though. Here are a few of my Favorites in no particular order:

American Beauty

Television:

I am not watching anything religiously right now. My favorite shows are only available in re-runs. I like Seinfeld, Still Standing, and Alias. When the fall season starts if I have time I will try to catch The Amazing Race, America's Next Top Model, and I want to see that new show Chuck.

Books:

Books, another area of varied interest. Depending on my mood, I have several books going at any one time. I use to like time travel historical romance but I have not read any for a while. I just finished ShopGirl by Steve Martin and it was quite good. Right now I am reading an assortment of short stories with varying subjects. I am going to re-read This Much I know is True by Wally Lamb next. I am always looking for a good book so feel free to give me your thoughts.

Heroes:

We are all heroes so I do not have one person in particular. When you hold open the door for the elderly lady behind you, you are her hero. When you pick up a friend who is having car trouble you are their hero. When you do something unselfish and expect nothing in return you are my hero.
