Music World, owned and operated by Mathew Knowles, is home to Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Solange, Trinitee 5:7, Lyfe Jennings, and new acts - IB3, Lady Lux, Katy Shotter. Jake A&Rs album projects, develops artists from their signing to their album release, and oversees the Producer Management roster. His focus is on finding great songs for the current roster.
