By day, I’m the president and CEO of Winer Wealth Management, Inc. where I oversee the financial affairs for a select group of families throughout the United States. I specialize in helping people who are nearing or in retirement implement personalized strategies to protect and preserve their retirement savings, minimize taxes and increase the magnitude and longevity of their wealth. By night (and sometimes in the late afternoon), you’ll find me playing the guitar... around the house... with various bands... or on a recording session. You may have seen me on TV or in a magazine playing guitar with Band From TV with actors Hugh Laurie, James Denton, Greg Grunberg, Bob Guiney and Bonnie Somerville. I can be heard on BFTV’s rendition of "You Can’t Always Get What You Want" on the House M.D. Original Soundtrack CD as well as on BFTV’s version of Minnie the Moocher on iTunes. You can also see and hear me on Band From TV’s forthcoming concert CD/DVD.
I’ve been involved in music for nearly 30 years. I received a bachelor of music degree from the Studio Music and Jazz Program at the University of Miami. Throughout the 1980s and the first half of the 1990s, I worked as a sideman, session guitarist, composer and producer in Miami, Nashville and Los Angeles. I’ve played on recordings and in live performances with a variety of pop, rock, country and jazz recording artists. I’ve also composed and produced music for TV and radio, as well as numerous song and artist demos.
Over the years, I’ve been privileged to perform with some of the best musicians, vocalists and entertainers in the world including Jon Secada, Wayne Brady, John Hall (Orleans), Gary Burr, Ann Curless (Exposé), Luis Conte, Sheila E and Wendy & Lisa. I have also had the pleasure of working with great record producers like David Foster, Humberto Gatica, Rob Chiarelli, Jeff Weber and Ken Rose. I hope you enjoy my Myspace page!
