Elmtree Blues Society

About Me

Elmtree Blues Society began around 1986, a bunch of old friends who loved playing gutbucket, downhome blues under a big spreading Elmtree with a full set of good gear, fresh lemonade and no expectations.Today Elmtree Blues Society is a blues jamming network of dozens of blueshounds who meet occasionally, mostly in Southern California, also in Southern France, to jam the blues 'til the sun goes down.At Elmtree, "The only dues you pay are the blues you play!" Thus you gotta play if you want to stay, you gotta listen good and you gotta make space for others in the mix. Simply: you gotta have fun helpin' others have fun!
