THE BOX THAT YOU THINK YOU'RE IN DOESN'T EXIST!!!!

About Me

Tim Mole has a special gift and calling that is easy to identify. So much more than a skillful musician, Tim Mole is anointed for, and called to, the ministry of music. Reflecting on his life, he recounts, “From as early as I can remember, I played my guitar with passion and purpose. I knew, even as a child, that I was called to this. A lot of times when all the other kids were outside playing games, I was inside playing my guitar. It’s as if I knew my existence depended upon it.”Tim’s father, also a guitarist, planted a love for the instrument in his son when he gave him his first guitar at the age of four. Tim began playing the guitar in his father’s church at the age of 11. Tim remained faithful, playing in the churches his father pastored, until the age of 18, when he moved away to attend college. Tim continued to pursue his passion for music as a music major at Anderson College, under the instruction of Lyman Golden. “Sitting under Lyman’s instruction changed my approach to playing the instrument.” During his time at Anderson, Tim excelled in his music, acquiring a propensity for guitar performance. In 1994, Tim left Anderson College to pursue a full-time career in music. In 1995, his gift captured the attention of John P. Kee, Stellar-Award winning, Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, and producer. Soon after they met, Tim began traveling and playing with the New Life Community Choir, featuring John P. Kee. In 1997, Tim was promoted to Music Director for the group. Tim also became an integral part of the music ministry at New Life Fellowship Center, founded and pastored by John P. Kee. In 1998, Tim married LaDonna Hairston, one of the lead vocalists for the New Life Community Choir. During this time, Tim began to work with Pastor Kee in the area of music arrangement, engineering, and production. He engineered lead and background vocals, as well as music tracks for Kee on several projects. In large part, Tim is responsible for the signature sound that is associated with some of John P. Kee’s most recognized music.Tim has also worked with several other great artists in the industry. He has recorded/performed with such artists as: Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Kim Burrell, Donald Lawrence and the Tri-City Singers, CeCe Winans, Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, Juanita Bynum, Benita Washington, Maurette Brown Clark, Billy Preston, Shawn McLemore, Fortitude, Ted and Sheri, Coko Clemons and The McClurkins, to name a few. He has shared the concert stage/recording sessions with many great musicians such as: Alex Ward, Kevin Bond, Cedric Thompson, Mano Hanes, LaDell Abrams, Maurice Fitzgerald, Ivan Powell, Doobie Powell, Joel Smith, Calvin Rogers, Donald Hayes, Toney Russell, Kevin Randolph, Mike Bereal, Ethan Farmer, Robert “Sput” Williamson, Jimmy Knueble, Joe “Flip” Wilson, PJ Morgan, Eddie Brown, Teddy Campbell, Chris Kee, Dejuane "D Mott" Motley Eric "E Will" Williams, Daniel Moore, Brian "The Beast" Carson, Marvin Mcquitty, Sharae Reed, V. Michael McKay, JoJo Hill, Derico Watson, Myron Williams, and many, many more!In 2000, Tim began working with his wife, LaDonna, on her solo project, “One Focus”. He performed all instrumentation and arranged all musical compositions for the project. When asked about his ministry pursuits in collaboration with his wife, he states, “God has truly anointed us to pursue ministry as a team. He ordained it so that our gifts and talents complement each other.”In 2003, Tim and LaDonna were called to pursue other areas of ministry. Shortly thereafter, they became members of New Birth Charlotte, under the leadership of Pastor Terrell Murphy, and founded by Bishop Eddie Long. There, Tim serves as the Music Director. They are excited about where God is taking them in this new chapter of their lives. In 2006, Tim and his wife completed her project/live recording “On: Purpose”. When asked about this new project, Tim reflects, “This project was birthed out of where we are in our walk with God. The songs are intimate—they’re getting back to what music was created for, and that’s to worship God. And at this point in our lives, we’ve dedicated everything in our lives, with every fiber of our being to promoting His fame and glory in the earth. There is definitely something different about this project. You’ll have to hear it for yourself.”An anointed musician, songwriter, and producer, TIM MOLE, is destined to share his gift with the world. Describing his aspirations for his ministry in music, Tim shares, “It is my desire to accomplish God’s perfect will for my life, and I know that a big part of it is to continue to make His name great through the gift of music that He has given me.”
