Hey--the name's Bill. I've been told that your name means a lot; your name affects who you are--it shapes your thinking and is the title emblazened on your cover (which, contrary to popular belief, is how most people judge books).
So, to be more accurate, my books title is Billy Dean Goehring. I'd be lying if I said I didn't find some kind of smug self-satisfaction in writing that--Billy Dean is a pretty unique name, albeit a little redneck. I like my book because Billy Dean is a bit of a misleading title. If you named me, would you go with Billy Dean? Me neither.
I decided against listing my hobbies; the list will change by the time I'm done writing it. I'm obsessed with new things, people, and places. I'm pretty good at starting new things, and can't say the same about finishing them. I have quite a few quirky habits, so it's only fitting that I've surrounded myself with quirky people (I mean that in the best way possible, of course!).
