"The Lebanon Blues" were founded in early 2004 by Ulrich Rois, Tennessee Stuntman, Stephan Wilsch and Jürgen Langenberger. The groups first recording took place in the living-room of Mr. Tennessee Stuntman and spawned the track "Down by the Creek" which was later chosen as the first song on their debut album "The Old Time Religion"."The Old Time Religion" was independently released in May 2005. For the purpose of recording their second album, the band headed to the mountains of Lower Austria in July 2005 where they locked themselves in a log cabin and supposedly turned up the volume a notch more than on "The Old Time Religion".
