The history of the band goes back to 1998, the musical tendency in this era was in vein BLACK/DOOM. EVIL POETRY was recorded a rehearshall tape with 7 songs, which were reviewed in some zines and magazines. After 1 year of its formation the band disintegrates (February 1999), and the members emigrate to other bands. Three years later (2002) the group returns, creating new songs more fast & raw, within the style of the BLACK/DEATH METAL . EVIL POETRY in 2003 was recorded a demo CD of 4 tracks + intro & outro. Demo is titled "THE RETURN OF THE BLACK FLAMES". In april 2006, Evil Poetry was recorded the first album with 7 tracks at the M.A.T. studio, this album is titled "Letheus Nocturnus". In september 2006, Evil poetry was on minitour across the Europe: 02/09/06 USTER, SWITZERLAND 07/09/06 CHEB, CZECH REPUBLIC 08/09/06 BRNO, CZECH REPUBLIC 09/09/06 KATOWICE, POLAND The philosophy of EVIL POETRY this cradle in the knowledge and abstraction of ideas and shaped feelings of poetic and musical way, without making cult to no religion nor stupidities you pull back, the true demon this in one same one because one is able to operate the feelings but brutal and refined to the same time. A predilection must towards the called "cursed poets" because they explore the darkest human thoughts.
