Work Magazine

Career Life In The Greater Richmond Region

About Me

WORK MAGAZINE

Our Mission:
To promote business diversity, small and large business development, innovation and entrepreneurship within the Richmond region. WORKMAGAZINE strives to create a knowledge generation workforce by keeping you informed of the cutting edge issues and events that impact the region's economic expansion–and ultimately your career lifestyle.
In profiling the region's various career life-styles, WORKMAGAZINE's major tool is information. Our research department's access to the region's intelligentsia, economic data and current events, gives us the ability to inform you of new developments in an unique and comprehensive way.
In Shop Talk we cover regional economic development news. In the Partnership and Movers & Shakers columns content is devoted to the various nonprofit and public partnerships and associations that support the economic well-being of the region.
The targeted readership spans from senior board members of most of the region's major corporations to key individuals of private and public economic development associations and partnerships and to those who have chosen to develop their careers here.
Whether it be in research and development, sweat equity, human interaction, craftsmanship, artistry, education, sales and marketing–whatever you elect as your occupational motivation–lasting success comes only to those who work for it. This magazine is about the region’s success stories and the work involved.
