Nick Colionne, the hottest Jazz Guitarist/Vocalist of 2006, is continuing his blazing success in 2007. Nick has been described as "one of the most exceptional performers to come along on the jazz scene in a long time" and BET calls him “an emerging jazz giantâ€. His latest CD "Keepin' It Cool" achieved Top Ten status on all major national charts in 2006, and his single "Always Thinking of You" was the 1 Single of 2006 on Radio Waves (Internet), 1 on the World Jazz Chart, and 9 Single of the Year on Radio and Records (R&R). R&R also named Nick as one of the Top Ten Contemporary Jazz Artists of 2006. Nick is a two-time headliner on the All Star Smooth Jazz Cruise, and is also the official Jam Session Host, duties he will be repeating on the upcoming 2008 All Star Smooth Cruise.
Nick was honored in April with the prestigious 2007 International Instrumentalist Artist of the Year Award at the Canadian Smooth Jazz Awards, succeeding 2006 winner Chris Botti.
