Hi, I'm George Oakley, former owner of Undaground Studio in West Hempstead, from 1977 to 2005. You may also know me from Lyric Studios, in Garden City where I worked for 10 years, designed and built their recording studio. I've now built a private Rehearsal and Recording studio in Huntington L.I. open to the public. Northwood is a REHEARSAL & RECORDING studio, for all styles of music, except rap. It's clean, comfortable and affordable.I can help bands,solo artists and songwriters. There are two engineers at Northwood, myself and Matt E.
