Haluka OTOMO was brought up by the grandfather who studied a " Noh song ".
In 60's, Haluka OTOMO (H.O) was brought up in a town such as Ofuna in Kamakura.
There was Shochiku Cinema Studio in a neighborhood.
In the studio, a work of director Yasujiro Ozu and Nagisa Oshima was produced.

In 1979," H.O" produced electronic music for a " Butoh "
and in Art School,He learned surrealism and American contemporary art.
In 1981
With a stage name of "Marionette Karma",
" H.O" announced music of "Driveâ€from YLEM Records.
It was selected at a disco of " The Great Wall " in London.
With a project name of COMET CLUB,
" H.O" announced music of " Shanghai Line " and "
Velvet Moon " from EPIC SONY.
In 1985, " H.O" did training of Eurhythmie with people of Rudolf
Steiner House.
In 1987, To research influence of　Ignacio de Loyola　& Francisco Xavier

" H.O" began a travel to a historic spot of a Japanese early stage of Christian .
Goto Islands 1994
And " H.O" often travel in a sacred place of Japanese ancient
songs and ballads.
In 2000,
" H.O" have begun to mix the material which he taped.
In 2006, " H.O" announced a new album by the name of HALUKA OTOMO.
