* 40 minute sleep timer - can be disabled for instant REM triggering (Dream Alarm) This will disable REM trigger for 40 minutes while going to sleep. Once REM is detected during the night the cue will last 15 - 20 seconds, then the timer will automatically be reset to wait another 40 minutes.
