Influences: The biggest influence on James Skyy would have to be Acacia for always being there and supporting his addiction to spinning psytrance. She inspires James to always push himself to the fullest and never back down. Acacia has been there through the best and the worst, and either way she was there dancing and groovin, beaming smiles at him and setting an awesome vibe on the dance floor. Their love and friendship has only blossomed more and more as time goes on and James wouldn't be nearly as far as he is now without her and he thanks her endlessly. Thank you so much Acacia for being a big part of James' life!
Another big shout out to two major influences: Jacquelyn and Stony. Thank you so much for having James come out to Texas! That weekend was a turning point for James and it helped him become more confident that he knew what he was doing and helped him realize that he could actually make people dance. Your generosity and kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you so much!
Lastly, but surely not least, James Skyy would like to send a huge thank you to James J. Their friendship sparked up in 10th grade and has only gotten stronger and stronger. They've been to hell and back but either way they both came out of it smiling and laughing about it. James J helped James Skyy learn a few tricks and tips on how to become a better DJ and the sets you hear now are still using those tips and tricks. Much love is sent to James J in Noord-Brabant, Netherlands and you should all be so lucky to have a friend like that. Much love to you, James J! Keep the floor rockin with your wicked sets!!!
