People who are intelligent, thoughtful and have a passion of some sort. To be honest, I don't care if that passion is underwater basket weaving but they must be passionate about SOMETHING! People without depth I think are selling themselves short. I like people that think for themselves and make their own conclusions about whatever they are talking about or interested in. People who take the time to discover all sides and facets of a subject before passing judgement.
