Scouted by teams in the U.S, Japan, Taiwan and China, Bean is a valuable 7th man in a 7 man rotation. His weedy, 6'2.5" frame can cover all positions on the court (in Asia), and for this reason his game has been widely, yet somewhat misleadingly compared with Kevin Garnett. On offense, he will post-up on either block and attempt to spin baseline. He has also reportedly been seen to "slice through the lane" for the backboard touch. He has a solid work ethic certainly posesses a flair for the unspectacular. On D, Bean rotates with sloth-like quickness to shut down shooters, only to see them whiz by and attack the hoop. He has returned to college to again declare himself eligible for this summer's draft. Pick prediction - late 2nd round.
