About Me

I am a professional dancer, but not the naked kind...I own my own studio where i teach dance and pilates in order to support the bad habit i call art. I have my own dance company, and tour here and there. I like dancing, making loud noises, breaking things, hanging out with my man and kid, watching horror movies while hiding under the blankets, and eating chicken. I butt into conversations. I like men with moustaches and chest hair. I don't have enough tattoos. I would get more, but I don't have enough money. I don't like people who walk around with 40$ yoga mats. No, wait. I take that back. I just don't like 40$ yoga mats. I don't like writing profiles about myself. I, at the same time, both love and hate ducks. Lately, I like pretending that i am learning to play bass so i can start a band, because it seems like that is what everyone else is doing these days. I wish I had more time to ride my bike. I like my bike. I like clowns called Poofy. I actually stalk clowns called Poofy. POOFY DU VEY! I LOVE YOU!!!! I had some other stuff i liked, but now i can't remember.

Bgirlin', dancin' in general, knittin', rockin' out, startin' mosh pits, walkin' dogs, watchin' stupid movies, throwin' 'pants off' parties, makin' out with my hot husband, playin' scrabble, potty trainin', home renovatin', stalkin' clowns...

Music:

These days I am really into Queen. AC/DC, Johnny Cash, G'N'R, The Cure, The Pixies, David Bowie, Sinatra, Violent Femmes, Holst, house, classic breaks, RAFFI, JAB, DFA 1979, and of course the best band in the world, DEAD MESSENGER!!!! I hate dancehall and new country. I REALLY HATE POP-PUNK. IF YOUR BAND SOUNDS LIKE A SIMPLE PLAN, PLEASE DON'T ASK TO BE MY FRIEND. REALLY. I like most everything else.

Movies:

I watched the 5th Element every day for 6 weeks. I am not sure why but watching The Matrix helps me fall asleep. I also like Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Shaun of the Dead, Zoolander, Death to Smoochy, Brazil, Blade Runner, Elf, All the Lord of the Rings, Finding Nemo, Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, This is Spinal Tap, The Shining, The Exorcist, Bourne Supermecy (not identity, it sucked!), Sin City, Batman Begins, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, A Fish Called Wanda, and of course...SHE'S OUT OF CONTROL STARRING TONY DANZA!!!

Television:

I am addicted to 24. Please do not start watching this show if you know what is good for you. You will never stop. I have a secret love for Regis and Kelly...also the Winsor Pilates infomercial starring DAISY FUENTES! I have watched more Simpsons than is humanly possible. Ab Fab. The Office. Um, and I must admit that I love CSI:MIAMI, but only because Horatio is SOOOOOOO creepy! Oh, and of course Who's the Boss, starring TONY DANZA!!

Confederacy of Dunces, Where the Wild Things Are, Haroun and the Sea Of Stories, Ender's Game...and The Zombie Survival Guide.

staining plywood floors...

i don't recommend it...however if you have lots of time to kill and can stain your floor, have a breakdown because it didn't work, go to rona and rent a floor sander, and have a cool business partner ...
