Seeblind is the solo-project of monoland’s drummer daniel.Inspired by bands like “red house painters, elbow, my bloody valentine sophia etc. I began playing the guitar and writing songs in the year 2001. I was born in Folkestone (UK) in 1972 and moved to Germany at the age of 10 where I started playing the drums in a school-band. From then I played the drums in several Berlin based bands till I met Marco, Matthias and Henrik. 1994 we founded the band Monoland, released a few records and played on several concerts in Europe.
I still enjoy playing the drums but I even love playing the guitar, writing lyrics and singing. It works so much different than playing the drums in a band. For me it’s a new and very exciting way to express myself.
