P. Jn was born Samuel Rameau in New Jersey to a mother of Haitian origin. Raised on the streets of Brooklyn New York, P. Jn moved to Worcester Massachusetts during his early teenage years. The son of a deadbeat father and sometimes loveless mother, P. Jn. early years were filled with economic struggles, street hustling and a passion for the fast life indulging in illegal activities becoming no stranger to the judicial system and crime.
His fast life as a hustler landed him many stints in juvenile correctional facilities. At the age sixteen he became the proud father of a beautiful daughter named Samarah, who he often describes as the love of his life.
The birth of his daughter and the will to be different from his deadbeat father made P. Jn leave the life of crime and street hustling he had flourished in to pursue a better future for himself and his daughter. With music being a major part of P. Jn Haitian background, it was only natural that he developed a love and obsession for hip-hop at an early age. After years of creating a local buzz in the greater Worcester area, P. Jn created his own musical family called the Yipp Fam. With Yipp Fam P. Jn has taken a number of upcoming local talents and aide him and also craft their talents. With a style composed of street smartness, pain, glamour and storytelling, P. Jn is sure to make all aware of his presence in the hip-hop game.
With such diversity of his musical talent, P. Jn style will fill one of many holes in the rap game today.
