Magickal creatures who aren't afraid of the shadows creeping across time.....This profile was edited with MySpace Profile Editor MySpace Profile Editor
Music:
My love is anything dark and/or creepy, world music (esp. anything with percussion - middle eastern, african, even latin), Accordian/Circus-ey music, goth, 'real' industrial (not that synth-pop/EBM/Techno crap they try to pass off as industrial), experimental, dark ambient, deathrock, punk, psychobilly, rockabilly, death/black metal, etc.... Some bands include:
Amber Asylum, Arcana, Bauhaus/Tones on Tail ,Black Sabbath, The Cure (naturally), Andrew Bird's Bowl of Fire, COTA, Coil, Current 93, Coph Nia, Cramps, Cranberries, Siouxsie/Creatures, Daemonia Nymphe, Dead Can Dance, Dead Kennedys, Doors, Entropic Advance, Faith & Disease, Faith & the Muse, Gor, Hybryds, In Slaughter Natives, Inade, Jane's Addiction, Hendrix, Joy Division, Loren Nerell, Mazzy Star, Memorandum, Ministry, the Moors, Murder City Devils, Natacha Atlas, Neurosis/Neurot, Ordo Equilibrio, Patsy Cline, Pink Floyd, Pogues, Portishead, Rapoon, Sephiroth, Sex Gang Children, Shinjuku Thief, The Sisters Of Mercy, Skinny Puppy, Sleep Chamber, Smiths, Stereo Taxic Device, Stooges, SubArachnoid Space, Subhumanz, Three Mile Pilot, Tom Waits, Trance To The Sun, The Unquiet Void, Waldteufel, Wench, xArkanex, Zoviet France... Television:
Personally, I dislike most technology. Don't watch TV (though I watch movies) and detest cell-phones most of all... I only signed up to this thing 'cuz Sam asked me to. Don't understand TV/Computer junkies at all... What a waste of life. They go to work, live for their kids and in their 'free' time they watch TV and their kids live on their playstations. And people think Zombies are make-believe!
Books:
My favorite story of all time is, Lord of the Rings, I am a nerd about it (If it's not broke, don't fix it my gaffer used to say - heehee), medieval history, reference books on growing things, fairy tales, myths and legend, 'Black Elk Speaks', Poe, Lovecraft... Gothic Tales - aka Penny Dreadfuls...
Heroes:
Don't have any *Heroes* per se... Admire all who have gone before and made this world a better place to live in... Regardless of whether I know their name. There will always be unsung valour.
