Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative

About Me

I am a little wild, completely mellow, and not easily pinned down. This is my fourth major city in the last seven years and I've loved them all... for vastly different reasons. My heart truly belongs to only three things in life- my Lizard, my art, and my family. I've been acting for 14 years and am excited as hell to finally be in Chicago. I love fine food, a good drink, and making people laugh.

Check out one of my favorite jobs from the last few years.

I'd like to meet:

People that are passionate about film and stage production. Like every actor, I am always looking for the next great role to play. If you've got the script, I've got the time.

More than anything, I would just like to meet people that are fun, interesting, and approach life with passion. It would be cool to reconnect with old friends, old loves, long lost family, anyone that doesn't hold a deep hatred for me or that I owe money.

It's a Sad Day for Pirates Everywhere

North Korea doesn't have it that bad.  The Taliban knows nothing of torment.  Water-boarding is a Club Med vacation relative to the torture that I have endured.  This morning I logged o...

Sleeping with the enemy

Somebody should check the first lady for bruises.  I fear that our fair Laura has become another casualty of domestic violence.  Her recent interview regarding Bob Woodard's new book came of...

700-mile Club

Having lived in Arizona for nearly six years illegal immigration is not a foreign topic to me.  I have seen the impact it can make on a community first hand.  However, the people who every d...

Search for Life

"A good artist should have a life outside their art."  These words word told to me by two great teachers of improvisational acting recently.  I've gotten by for so many years without having ...

Yellow Tape Band-Aid

The old saying that nice guys finish last is a load of crap.  There could be nothing further from the truth.  This saying was probably coined by some asshole trying to make they feel better ...

Be Careful When You Dress To Kill

Oh, the joys of seeing the person you love for the first time since they ripped out your heart and stomped it into the ground.  It's an evening that requires skill, grace, and a Kevlar breast pla...

Lookin' for a good time

There is an odd similarity between the actor and a worker in the sex industry.  Despite an obvious need for measurable talents, both can only reach success with great net...

Two Twenty-Five To Time Travel

A man on the sidewalk, keeping a slow pace, complained with vigor into his cell phone about the price of gasoline.  The damn world is imploding on itself, he said loudly.  His bravado f...

Phantom Heart Burn

They say that when a person looses a limb at times they still feel it, this always baffled me.  The power the mind has to generate a sensation in tissue that no longer exists is both awesome and ...
