Movies:

theres too many good films to mention like but if put on the spot and had to only pick one it would be 'requiem for a dream'. but the last great film i watched was 'dead mans shoes' was an awesome low budget film thats really worth watching.

Television:

the obvious basics such as dirty sanchez/jackass simpsons/family guy/futurama are a must with sky sports news chucked in everynow and again to check whats garn on with the footy, mtv channels and film4 now its free

Books:

you wont find me reading much more than the tv guide am afraid, not much of a reader theres much more fun to be had than sat down reading, just not for me/although my favourite book as a kid was 'the hungry caterpillar'

Heroes:

The good lads of dirty sanchez and jackass have to get a mention in this section along with Mr Jack Daniels and homer simpson. ray charles/cassius clay
