LOVE. yoga (cuz its all yoga). talking some serious smack, owning my human-ness and attempting mindfulness. laughing, laughing, laughing. crying. growing. shakin my booty like i actually have one. big long bear hugs. soft skin. squeezes. cozy fabrics. bags, socks. the color black. drinking water. playing in the dirt. organic food. good cookin'. brunch. soy lattes. knitting. lovin' on my little bear. observing cycles. BEAUTY. ART. MUSIC. reading. taking deep breaths. driving. listening to music very loudly (especially in headphones, lieing down, with my eyes closed!) attempting to write poetry. FOOTBALL. driving over the speed limit. my family. my beautiful, talented, and creative friends. the beach, old mountains, woods. anywhere tropical. THE OCEAN. warm sun, bright moons. seeing the world. experiencing culture. movies. learning. playing. RAGING IT! cold beer after hot yoga. a good martini. good tequila. smelling things, especially books and necks. smiling. enjoying this life. roadtrips. people watching. other people's tattoos. contemplating my own tattoo. solid strong grounded wild women. sweet sexy strong cute boys. being real.

there are too many to try to name. i can't even go there. lets just say... i can't imagine life without a lot of good, loud music.

sure, in small healthy doses... The Wire, Lost, Heroes, The Office, Gray's, Entourage... reruns of Sex in the City while i brush my teeth at night.

Love everything by Tom Robbins. Bhagavad Gita, Autobiography of a Yogi.
