I'm like that typical "i'll listen to just about anything" person. Right now it's: Elton John, Dragonforce, The Ventures, Spindrift and Faith No More - Always Pink Floyd's "The Wall", Paul Simon's "Graceland", most Bluegrass & The Okra Pickles / FTRA (blugrass with a twist of metal-punk). My favorite band is 'Men at Work' and favorite singer is 'Weird Al'. I also really like Ween, Twisted Sister, The Cars, Pantera, White Zombie, The Flaming Lips, Johnny Cash, Gorillaz, Busta Rhymes, Madonna, Billy Idol, Agent Orange, Anthrax, Cypress Hill, Camper Van Beethoven, The Pixies, Pantera, They Might be Giants, AC/DC, Phish, Les Claypool and a whole lot more that escape me right now the same way that whenever you walk into a record store you instantly forget what album you were looking for. Sometimes talk radio and sometimes but only very rarely...like when I'm driving in the middle of the night on some long stretch of desert highway by myself - Good old fashioned shit-kickin' country music or 'The Doors'. Oh - and just about anything on 8-Track because thats all I gots in the Short-Bus.
The Jerk, True Romance, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Wall & Bottle Rocket.
Also; Hellraiser (1-2), Alien(s), T2, The Muppet Movie, Tenacious-D and the Pick of Destiny, Hudson Hawk, Breakfast Club, Pootie Tang, Back to the Future(s), Forbidden Planet, The Creature from the Black Lagoon (50's - 60's Sci-Fi in general), Braveheart, Blues Brothers, Airheads, Titan AE, Shanghai Noon, Pee-Wees Big Adventure, UHF, Labyrinth, Tenacious D & the Pick of Destiny, Zombie Flicks in general, Episode V (its mostly about Han). That Batman Begins was pretty on it too.
I really like and aspire to make Dusty-Rusty-Greasy films like Duel, Road Warrior and Devil's Rejects (without the digital blood).
Did I say 'Tenacious-D and the Pick of Destiny twice?'
Good - Get ripped and watch it!
