Outside of modeling, I work with a volunteer project in my local community, Workforce Development and Innovation. This program works with adults trying to get back into the workforce, offering classes in Microsoft Office, Network Engineering, Woman to Woman, Mortgages and Credit Restoration, Confidence Realized, Home Base Business Development, Grandparents as Parents to Grandchildren, Youth Leadership and Development, Computer Design & Hardware, IT Consulting, Reporting & Business Development and Arts & Crafts. I teach classes once a week as a Microsoft Office Product & Soft Skills Specialist. Each course syllabus will be designed with my individual students needs in mind, and the classroom is set-up as a workplace for each student. Classes run for one hour a week and are free to the public. My class starts at a beginner level course, to carry the individual student to the intermediate/advance level. Those familiar with the Zion area, we will be teaching out of Pierce Campus. The idea behind this program is to assist individuals in the community in getting back into good paying jobs, develop their careers, and further their individual skill sets. Whatever you have need to learn or accomplish, the director over this program can help you attain your goals. Feel free to check out the website anytime at...

Music:
I listen to everything, but my heart belongs to R&B and Hip Hop. Music has to serve some purpose, it has to speak to me in some kind of way. Bring out some emotions for me, and when I listen, that is what I look for. Please feel free to listen to my playlist, my top 20 are just what I am feeling right now. Scroll through or visit my .. page, I am sure you will find something just for you! SMOOCHES...
Movies:
This is a very diverse category for me, but my top two choices on any day would be any Madea and Dave Chappell movie! Everybody needs a little laughter and wisdom and any Tyler Perry movie is going to give you that. Of course, every once in a while, you need someone to do the unthinkable and make you laugh for a while on it, and you will always find Dave Chappell doing just that!
Television:
I don't get the opportunity to watch much television, but when I do my first three options are BET, MTV, VH1. You have to stay connected on the outside world. And I love high fashion and celebrity news.
Books:
Hands down, Zane keeps me reading! I love the characters and the fact that there is reasoning, deep-seeded, for why they do what they do. I own all of her work and read those books over and over again. I also keep my diversity in this area as well so Joyce Meyers, from a spiritual woman's perspective, definelty nurtures my soul. My new-found author, Joel Olsteen, I love his passion for life and people. By far, he is one of the most encouraging male authors I have read.
Heroes:
Her official website says she possesses an "old soul," and the hard facts seem to back up the implied claim of wisdom and experience that transcend Alicia Keys' youth. Barely in her twenties, Keys was responsible for an extremely hot debut, Songs in A Minor. The release, which she wrote and produced for Clive Davis' J Records, blends diverse influences, including R&B, hip-hop, classical, and jazz. The day the album went on the market, it sold more than 50,000 copies. Label executives confidently predicted similarly favorable numbers for the first week's tally. Around the time that Songs in A Minor was released, Keys was popping up everywhere, including an Associated Press story. Where had she been before then? Her entire life, it seems, had been an accelerated learning experience, preparing her for a career in music. A Manhattan native, her musical gifts became apparent when she was five years old. As a choir major enrolled in Manhattan's Professional Performance Arts School, she further developed her vocal talents with extra help from a teacher. By the time she was 16, Keys graduated and entered Columbia University. Music beckoned, however, and she quickly left Columbia behind.
Keys was writing songs when she was 14, with seven years of piano lessons under her belt by that time. In later years, she appeared on movie soundtracks, including Shaft and Men in Black. In 1998, she signed a deal with Arista Records when the company triumphed in a bidding war over other labels. When Davis left the company for J Records in 1999, Keys went along. Davis promoted the careers of such artists as Carlos Santana and Whitney Houston, and part of his launch strategy for Keys was to secure exposure on BET and MTV, as well as on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Her 2001 major-label debut, Songs in A Minor, hit number one, went multi-platinum, and was followed in 2003 by another chart-topper, The Diary of Alicia Keys, which became a Grammy winner. The live CD/DVD Unplugged appeared in 2005, following her previous releases to the top of the charts.
