About Me

I have been a make up artist for about 13 years. I take pride in doing my job to the best of my ability. I like to make the person in the chair have fun and enjoy the time there. I like to joke around and I have a great sense of humor.I am always on time, if not early. I can be counted on to be where I need to be when I need to be. While on set, you never need to look for me, I'm right there.I am one of three make up artists on a TV reality show called "Shut Up and Model!". It will hopefully be airing on a TV near you in the near future.Get Your Own! | View Slideshow ------I just did a video for the National Safety Council. This will be the NEW video that all the hospitals, fire departments etc, will be watching to learn First Aid. I got to replicate a second degree and third degree burn, a chemical burn, hypothermia, a heart attach, shock, a forehead injury from a falling projection screen, several injuries caused by hitting a forklift (or should I say it hit him) and sweat.I also just did a big shoot for Passion's International Haircolor Stylebook It is one of those hair style books when you go into a salon. I did make up on several models. Every model I worked on, I will be listed as make up artist. This will be published in over 40 countries. It should be out in November. Woo hoo!!!!!!! My Interests

I recently participated in the Skin Canvas Body Art Ball. We did this in front of a live audience of about 1000 people. We also had coverage from ABC, CBS, NBC, WGN, and Fox. It was a lot of fun.This is Hilary, my beautiful model for the Skin Canvas Event.This is Hilary for the House of Blues and Club Four event.Other interests include Make up and special effects, movies, (most any kind from comedy to horror) building model cars, drawing, spending time with friends and family, watching my two year old niece.Besides doing make up, special effects make up and body paint, I am also an illustrator and scenic painter. This is an airbrushed log in one of the nurseries at my church. This is all dots done by hand. Eagle drawing done in airbrush, marker, and colored pencil. This is a mural I did in a Chicago restaurant. This is all airbrush. The floor is actually totally flat.

Movies:

I like movies with a lot of cool special effects, make up, and car chases. I also like movies with cars in general. Some of my favorite movies are "Christine" (some cool make up AND cool cars) "Smokey and the Bandit" (just the cool black Trans Am and a lot of car chase). Another one of my favorite movies is "Corvette Summer". Here are several of the greatest car chases ever filmed.I also like the Freddie movies due to the cool make up for him. I also like all the Chucky movies.
