ITunes fan review 09/10/07: "The Sleepy Kissers remind me of late eighties / early nineties 7 Seconds but the good albums of course. For fans of Out Da Shizzie and Soulforce Revolution. Far from being generic, the songs on this EP are the first round of songs of many titles these guys have in their repertoire, yet these are not so rudimentary, but raw and undeterred. I believe The Sleepy Kissers may be one of the most refreshing rock'n'roll bands to come out of Chicago in a long time." - by Susan Wyld Sides

ITunes fan review 07/27/07: "High quality punk rock'n'roll from the Windy City. When I say that it's very Chicago, I mean that in the best way possible. Something in the water there... Anyway, this ep will not disappoint fans of the "Chicago Style" of p-rock. Get on board. Oh, and I hear they're devastatingly attractive." - by Grampa Ugly Radio.
TSK BIO
Paul and Mariah formed The Sleepy Kissers in June of 2006. Paul has spent many years paying his dues with The Mashers and The Plastik Explosives. He still holds the title of one of the most energetic guitarists/vocalists around Chicago—he has the scars and walking cast to prove it. Mariah has provided a solid wall of bass for several Chicago bands. She looks forward to some good times on stage, but not driving Paul to the emergency room. The Sleepy Kissers are constantly recording, performing and pushing their music onto as many people as possible.
The Sleepy Kissers are driven by the drunken speed and reckless spirit of The Stooges. They are inspired by the drug haze of the Velvet Underground and motivated by the loose approach of the Rolling Stones.
