About Me

Engineer/Producer/Songwriter/Bassist....I got my start at William Paterson College where I was an audio student and was lucky enough to have great teachers, one of which Bob Both was responsible for engineering many of the James Brown records. Then I went on to intern and then an asisstant engineer at Greene St. Recording in NYC where I had the pleasure of learning the recording arts and and the ins and outs of the music business from many of the greats...too many to name. That’s where I hooked up with Prince Elwood Strickland and joined forces to work on music which would lead to Elwood getting a deal with Chris Blackwell’s Palm Pictures label, where our cover of Gordon Lightfoot’s "Sundown" peaked at 33 on Billboard’s Modern Rock Chart. My 15 minutes I guess you could say. We had the pleasure of having the legendary Steve Lillywhite produce 3 songs on the record and this was a dream come true! Presently I am working on all kinds of projects at the moment with my new company Starlodge Entertainment, founded by Dave Hillis, Erin Alden and myself ....As well as constantly working on new material with the multi-talented Chelsea Madrigal for our group The Siren Frequency...Check us out on our myspace page!!!!! I am also know to play around town with Howard Dlugash’s Bringers of the Dawn, Lal Meri, Once, Peter Goetz, E Reece and Core Elements....All amazing artists. Here is the reason why I do what I do....Career Choice at age three!!! Stevie on Sesame Street....
