An afro-Cuban rock fusion of Cuban and American musical styles - delexilio is the musical project of David Sandoval, a young musician born into the Cuban exile. delexilio brings the funk "a lo Cubano," channeling the rhythm of the Cuban son through guitar riffs, keeping
the tempo of rock and funk beats with Cuban claves, and washing us over with passionate lyrics in both English and Spanish. This music is meant to move you, make you dance, and inspire you to think. Feel the groove, transport yourself to a tropical paradise, and shout for freedom!
