Strange Fits of Passion Have I Known: Nelson was feeling a little lost. He formed a band and felt an awful lot better. He can thank Ian for this. Kasia and her magic carpet were soon taking them to strange and wonderful places. Bert plays basslines like only a lead guitarist can. Marvellously. Rich is compulsive. If you are tap-worthy or strum-able, then strummed or tapped thou shalt be.

We've all had a strange fit of passion or two. Embrace them as they are, venerate them as they were; for common-sense is unimaginative and repressive, whereas impulse cuts a swathe in your memory and soul. Just mind the pointy edges.
