My mind is like a tape recorder with one button... 'ERASE'

About Me

I was born. Did the usual for a while.. cry and sleep, educated myself in the ways of Graphic Design, the Clarinet and boys and then one day, something amazing happened.. I felt a mysterious vibration in my ears. "What's that I thought?" All of a sudden, I had an incredible urge to dye my hair bright red and dance around dark rooms! Some follow their heart, I follow my ears. I have given my life to THE BASSLINE.

My Interests

Djing house and drums&bass. Jumping to syncopated beats in dark rooms of varing size and capacity to differing tempos and vibrations. Wearing interestingly designed tees. Hours have whiled away on Threadless.comKeeping hydrated and dehydrated depending on the liquid I choose to quoif. Inhaling a variety of gases other to a mixture of oxygen & nitrogen& London smogg. Words. I have always been amazed by the fact that just by creating a consecutive string of recognised sounds, we are able to portray or direct a message or feeling. This line of thought then extends to MUSIC and the way in which it - carefully constructed lines of sound - may induce this pattern as well. Absopbing as many words as possible and adding them to my brain so that I may try and pretend that I am clever in a social situation. My N64, my Xbox, my NintendoDS, and my Xbox360. Graphic Design: might as well use the degree I got, hey... designing flyers for mine and mates' dj nites (the designs are pretty fucking shit hot even if I do say so myself!) and soon will be designing tees for Threadless.com , so keep yer eyes peeled if you like it fresh, funky and stylish! I'm obssessed with Adidas Superstar Shelltoes (trainers/sneakers), old skool yet fresh! I love jewellery. Buy it, make it, wear it, make other people buy me it... earrings: the bigger the hoops, the better! Necklaces that cascade down my chest into my cleavage: (ref: the first photo in MyPics), yummy! DANCING!!!!!!!!!! Shaking my hair about: gyrating my hips: pokin my arse out: dropping down: getting up: pokin out ma chest: reachin up: twistin around: jumpin up: raving with glow sticks: up on the podium: shouting to the crowd to fucking join in and dance and show appreciation for the musid: LET THE MUSIC DICTATE HOW YOU MOVE.... NOT YER AUDIENCE - althought... if there are fit blokes watching... might as well give em a show too! ;p I love my hair. Cut it myself, style it myself and colour it myself and like me grafix and my tattoos - yes I have 5 and all designed by me - if I do say so myself, I've done a fucking awesome job of it! Erm, the picture, like a well crafted rhebus, I think explains the next one! I LOVE MY JOB. (does this make me sad loser?)...and other stuff that I cant remember, which is wierd, cos that makes me remember a trak I heard once, which I cant remeber what it's called, or who it's by or what bloody album it's on, but the male lyric goes "MY MIND IS LIKE A RECORDER WITH ONLY ONE BUTTON... ERASE" I believe this - as well as my hearing - could be caused by my penchant of frequenting dark rooms in the evening! If you know how to grow a brain from my DNA without deleting all the good memories that I havn't lost, please, don't hesitate to drop me a line :) - note to self... that should go under 'People I'd Like to Meet'. And, unfortunately this place has well and truely sucked me in, so grudgingly, I add... MySpace.

I'd like to meet:

Those that have too found the path to enlightenment, who feel joy in jumping up and four-ing to the floor. Let us resonate, together. If you're still reading, then I suggest we have a drink, a chat, some more drink and a boogie. Possibly some more alcohol, other inhibition breakers... definately more dancing and who knows where the night will lead... Inevitably, as with most post-raving morinings/afternoons after, I can be seen making a complete an utter muppet of meself. You wanna see a hungover Sensei in action? Click here. Wanna join me? Send me a message and u're getting the first round!

There's more, but my hands are starting to hurt!

Television:

The Apprentice. My personality at work is derived from a mixture of one of my mentors, Mr Pitman, and by watching Sir Alan Sugar. You're fired! Don't really do Tv. I only stare mindlessly at a screen if at the cinema, watching a film on the TV, or if the screen is hooked up to a games console. TV is for sukkaz!

Books:

On me may to work, mainly graffitti on the tube and buses. THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG, The DA VINCI CODE and recently have been totally entharalled by a Japanese author called Haruki Murakami. The man is a Genius. If you're familiar with Jap films and manga and how the plot twists and goes a little crazy, you'll love reading his stus.. like 'Kafka Of The Shore' or the book of short stories called 'After The Earthquake'. Other than that, I get to read my Operations Manual, Product Bulletins, Memo Bulletins and Sales Targets and Figures. Ops Manual:not that stimulating a read, but does contain some rather lovely colourful pictorial examples of how my shop should look. Therefore my acquisition is ever increasing, but if you have any interesting words for me or ones you wish to challenge me with, please offer these. They will be accepted gratefully.

Heroes:

DILLINJA (drum&bass dj and producer) FOR BEING A VISIONARY IN THE WORLD FOR HIS EXPERIMENTATION AND INVENTION OF THE MANY WONDEROUS AND SOMETIMES SCARY YET SEXY BASSLINES. Hype, for being a hellar sexy old skool junglist and his mixing aint bad either. Genna G for showing dat da gyal dem got style too, talking of which... my Mum, (a quiet junglette), who quite likes the heavy basslines that I blast out frequently. Me old man, who hopefully is looking down on me from up THERE and aint too embarresed by my antics and lastly my lil sis, soon-to-be-doctor... she's blindin'.
adopt your own virtual pet! What element would you contol? (with pics!)
You control water... You're a little bit like wind; You can be pretty clam, but when someone makes you angry, you get ANGRY and can do some serious damage. You probably daydream a lot and like your alone time, but still can be a little socialite. You're kind, strong, and unique. Go you!
