Hi,I'm a professional allround drummer, composer, teacher and session player with more then 20 years of experience.In 1998 me and Alex Berschadsky founded modern jazz band "Zonzee", which released its first album "Time Flies" already in 1999 with NMC Record. The album, to which i composed most of the songs, received very goods critics, Yossi Hersonsky from the "Maariv" newspaper called the Zonzee's Time Flies as "fusion for export".The second album, which i composed and arranged a few pieces for, was released in 2005. It featured Mike Stern, the legendary guitar player.
With Zonzee i played on several important jazz festivals in Europe and in some prestigious jazz clubs in USA, for example the Blue Note, NYC.In Israel, i taught in the major music schools, i worked with hundreds of students, some of them are now very succesful and demanded drummers in
Israel. My grooves and ideas are taught in Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music, which is Israel's largest independent professional music school for the advanced study of contemporary music.Recently, I live in NY and among other projects I rehearse with "Utsi Zimring" band for a new album.
