7 SINS 'ANGELS AND DEVILS/METALIZED' (INDEPENDENT)
I received 2 CD-singles of the Swedish band and they may easily be called a new Melodic Metal sensation. Despite a weaker production, this band shows they are able to bring some high quality typical Swedish Melodic Metal that is obviously influenced by HAMMERFALL and MAIDEN. The band has a very strong powerful lead singer called STEEL and especially songs like "The Fall", "Mr. Shadow" and "Phantom" are very strong Melodic Metal songs that will be loved by fans of HAMMERFALL, DREAM EVIL, NOCTURNAL RITES, NOSTRADAMEUS, BALANCE OF POWER, DUNGEON… This Swedish band can easily be put in the major league of Melodic Metal and are as good as mentioned bands. If only the production could improve (but that's a money question I guess) then we are looking at another sensational Swedish Melodic Metal band. REVIEW IN UNDERGROUND EMPIRE (http://www.underground-empire.com)
In Malmoe/Sweden has 7sins pleased and surprise us with god Heavy Metal, that moves way beyond the Eurospeed-Thematik, but still not old-fashioned. Metalized, with it..s three songs, it..s only 12 minutes long, but still with this short period of time 7sins could with good riffing and a powerful singer please you. Those who must be convinced, can go to there homepage and download the songs or bye the CD. Who knows, maybe in a short distance of time 7sins gone be the seven plagues that came over us....

REVIEW IN SWEDEN ROCK MAGAZINE 27 (http://www.swedenrock.com)
I must remind my self all the time that I..m reviewing this demo as an ordinary CD – you have others and harder judgment when it..s a company sponsored CD. The production and image of 7sins is very professional, but still very much 80-sounded, this in fact make it sound like an official released CD. In fact it sounds really great to be an Heavy- Metal demo and despite I miss something that..s characterized them, they are much better than many other record contracted bands. Traditional melodic hardrock/metal with a strong sound from the 80"s, decent melody..s and good songs.

REVIEW BY RASKAL (www.myspace.com/raskal73)
7 SINS is far from Underground this is an evidence…"Forever Winter Nights" is the first Demo from these Swedish and I hope the last before a real CD signed on a descent Label.
The three songs proposed will enjoyed all the Fans from the actual Scandinavian Melodic Heavy Metal. It means powerful production, a actual Heavy Metal with melodies, inspired played by professionals, and of course with a great singer! The best song is for sure "The Fall", that seems to be a song that appeared on their old Demo; a really good mix between Maiden, Hammerfall and Savatage (for the chorus), but with really strong guitars! The song "Chains That Bind Me", a energetic mid tempo song, reminds me a kind Savatage and Iron Maiden, with a very good chorus (in the recent Maiden style)! "Reach Out" is sung sometimes à la Savatage, it's more dark song far from the sometimes "Happy Metal" from Scandinavia". A really good song too!
At the end I would say 7 SINS is the typical professional band that will release for sure an excellent album, but with these 3 tracks I have the sensation that if all is perfect, something miss…I can't say what, but Underground bands gave me more exciting in terms of Heavy Metal! But it not means I don't like 7 SINS hope you understood the nuance.
Only the full CD will tell if 7 SINS is one more "Big" perfect actual Heavy Metal band from Scandinavia or if they bring something more !
THE VERDICT = considering it's a first Demo EP
RASKAL The French Warrior gives a 17,5/20
RASKAL The Objective gives a 19/20
